Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead and implement 360-degree marketing strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and innovation for our stable of sports and lifestyle clients. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing full-scope brand activations, including social media, influencer partnerships, trade marketing, digital content, PR, and events. This role is integral to developing a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints and cultivating strong relationships with F31 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- 360 Marketing Strategy & Client Relations
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marcomms plans that align with each brand’s objectives, including brand positioning, target audience, and campaign goals across both wholesale and owned retail.
- Provide country-relevant input to global brand campaigns to deliver regionally-relevant campaigns aligned with global strategy and resonant with a regional audience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact with both brand headquarters and regional distributor teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies and client expectations.
- Ensure all content, activations, and campaigns align with global brand voice and guidelines.
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, presenting insights to clients to drive continuous improvement.
- Digital Strategy & Management
- Develop and oversee the brand’s regional social media strategy across all platforms to enhance engagement, drive traffic, and increase brand loyalty.
- Manage the brand’s social media content calendars, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Oversee the creation and curation of digital content across paid platforms, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital assets, including video, graphics, and written content.
- Influencer Strategy & Management
- Create and implement an influencer marketing strategy, working with an in-house creative team or external agency, to amplify brand reach and resonance.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s values and goals.
- Track influencer performance metrics to gauge impact and refine partnerships for maximum effectiveness.
- Event/Activation Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage end-to-end event and activation strategies that elevate brand presence, create memorable story-centric experiences, and drive engagement.
- Measure and report on event outcomes to assess impact and inform future strategies.
- Trade Marketing
- Work closely with clients to support their retail partner needs, including the development of window displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store promotions, activations, content creation, and more.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives that align with sales goals and reinforce the brand’s positioning within retail channels.
- Collaborate on co-marketing activities with retail partners to drive visibility and engagement.
- Analyze trade marketing performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize tactics, and support sustained sales growth.
- PR and Advertising Management
- Oversee all advertising campaigns, from concept to execution, including digital, print, and out-of-home media.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure brand coverage and maximize reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a proven track record in 360 marketing activations for sports or lifestyle brands.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand-building.
