About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Executive to join our team in this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and managing production operations for clients under the F31 umbrella. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and leading the creation of production equipment/materials for physical spaces, ensuring the quality of products, including but not limited to, retail windows, POS, gifting packaging, event assets, branded merchandise etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Operations:
  • Assist in the overall production process, ensuring all aspects run efficiently and effectively.
  • Source materials and equipment as needed to meet the specific requirements of each project.
  • Oversee the quality control of all production outputs, ensuring they meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Asset Creation & Management:
  • Lead the creation and production of assets for physical spaces, such as retail displays, event setups, and branded environments.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and event managers to align production efforts with project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage the logistics of asset production, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
• Vendor Relations & Database Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with a network of vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective production solutions.
  • Keep an up-to-date, comprehensive vendor database, including feedback and performance records, to optimize future sourcing and production decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Project Coordination:
  
  • Collaborate with brand and event managers to ensure smooth coordination of all projects, meeting production milestones.
  • Troubleshoot any issues during production, providing quick and effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure the successful delivery of production outputs.
